You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge 24 hours in advance for all services performed within Elite. If canceling or rescheduling last minute, less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, your deposit will be taken for the reserved time.
We accept reservations via online booking, and phone. Services are held with a deposit at the time they are booked online or for couples services. When making a single appointment in person/phone deposits are processed 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Please have your VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER / AMERICAN EXPRESS, or cash ready for your therapist after enjoying your treatment.
If you would like to pay cash, use a different card, or have a gift certificate, we would be happy to refund your deposit at the point of sale.
