You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours in advance for all services performed within Elite. Upon booking your appointment, a deposit will be taken before your scheduled session as a courtesy to you, other guests and your Practitioner who is reserving time specifically for you.
Starting September 2021 we will take deposits for all booked appointments prior to the session with the card that you provided to hold your appointment. If you would like to pay cash, use a different card, or have a gift certificate, we would be happy to refund your deposit at the point of sale.
