It is our goal to keep you, our valued client, safe and healthy always! During the year, which includes snowy days and cold/flu season, we ask that you follow the guidelines listed below!
WEATHER RELATED:
- If our office is closed due to weather, you will receive a call, text and email to inform you.
- If you have concerns about being able to make it in for an appointment due to weather forecasts, WE SUGGEST YOU PLAN AHEAD AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Our cancellation policy remains in effect unless the National Weather Service issues a "No Travel Allowed" order.
ILLNESS RELATED:
- Fever
- Sore Throat
- Chills
- (Recent onset) Cough
- Excessively runny nose
- Body aches (due to illness)
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Pink Eye
If you have any of the above symptoms or have been in close contact with an infected Influenza or COVID-19 person, WE SUGGEST YOU PLAN AHEAD AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT following our cancellation policy.
Should you arrive to your appointment with any of the listed symptoms above, we will ask you to mask up. You also would be held responsible for the missed appointment. This is to protect you, other guests and our staff. Please think ahead and be courteous and respectful of their health as well.
