Crystal holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary and boasts additional credentials in Lean training, functional capacity evaluations, functional job assessments, and pre-work screens/post-offer employment testing. She offers specialized services tailored to industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, office environments and many more.
