Adolescent Massage
Massage treatment designed and provided for clients under the age of 18. A signed permission waiver for treatment is required by a parent or legal guardian prior to starting this service. If the minor is under the age of 14, we require a guardian to remain in the room with the minor for their comfort and security. Please see the link above for specifics.

Reiki
During a Reiki session, the recipient will lie comfortably on a table fully clothed. The practitioner will set an intention for healing and the energy is channeled through the practitioner’s hands into the recipient. The energy does not come from the practitioner, rather through the practitioner as a process called attunement received in Reiki training allows the practitioner to channel the energy.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Is a systemic, rhythmic method of purposefully stretching the skin to produce an increase in the volume of flow of the lymph fluid through the filtering system of the body. This is a fantastic treatment to prepare for a surgery, or post surgery. It also is recommended 4 times a year to assist the body with reducing toxins, and promoting well-being.

Table Thai Stretching (TTS)
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. This is a way to can be stretched through assistance to facilitate muscle health! Please wear comfortable clothing that can stretch with you easily as this is performed while clothed.

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. It can be done on your face or body.
The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.

CoreStone Massage

Cold Stone Massage
Cold soapstone massage can be used in conjunction with hot stones, or alone in a session. Cold constricts the blood vessels in the body and which alleviates swelling. It promotes healing and reduces pain in the injured muscles and tissues.

Miracle Migraine Massage
This service is designed to help with the management of migraines and tension in neck, head, shoulders and upper back. By using cold marble stones, cold towels, gentle lymphatic drainage, stretches and soft tissue manipulation it will restore healing.

Induction Massage
An induction massage is a good option for pregnant women over 39 weeks who are fearful of acupuncture or who are suffering from stress, anxiety or fatigue. There is no guarantee that an induction massage will induce labor, but because it relaxes you, it can put you back on the labor path and encourage labor. Clary Sage essential oils will also be used in this session.

Deep Tissue Barefoot Massage
A barefoot massage technique/Ashiatsu uses deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body. Gravitational force is combined with centrifugal and centripetal movements. This creates a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage. Bars are used above the head for support and balance. DTB is NOT walking up and down a client's back like many people think, but a luxurious stroke that many clients say "feels like a really big hand!"

Corporate Chair Massage
Known as a Seated, Chair or On-Site Massage, this technique involves the use of a specially designed massage chair in which the client sits comfortably and clothed. We will come to your place of work.
