Chair yoga is a therapeutic adaptive exercise program which focuses on stretching and breath work. Chair yoga reduces the strain on joints and muscles, which allows someone who is unable to stand for traditional yoga an opportunity to practice. Modified chair yoga poses can help seniors and people with chronic pain or limited mobility improve their quality of life and may help lower blood pressure, improve sleep patterns and manage depression. Every BODY can reap the benefits of Chair Yoga!
I am a registered Dietitian, with a degree from NDSU in Food and Nutrition. My passion growing up was dance, where I learned to appreciate the strength and grace of the human body. Wanting to continue my pursuit of learning how to nourish the body from the inside out, I became a certified group fitness instructor with a desire to help others pursue their journey in health and wellness. I am currently studying yoga to achieve my 200 RYT through YogaFit Studios. My goal is to help others find their balance in life through movement and positive energy.

Based on the Vinyasa and Hatha method, this practice connects breath with movement and blends balance, strength and flexibility in a format appropriate for the beginner and intermediate yogi.
This class focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Exercises are instructed at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace.
Stephanie Scott is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Elite Therapeutic Massage and Health Partners. Yoga is a passion for Stephanie and sharing it with others!

Yogahour originated in Tucson Arizona by founder, Darren Rhodes. One of the central aims of yogahour is to support and sustain the local studio and the longevity of practice

This is a 45 minute class is designed to strengthen and stretch your core muscles that are the foundation to all your movement. Please bring your yoga mat and be prepared to enhance your fitness routine. Any level fitness will be challenged in this class with modifications offered.
